Content Strategy & Production

Helping Businesses Get More From Every Piece of Content.

We plan, film and edit content around your business goals. From expert interviews to product demonstrations and ads, we help you decide what to create and how to use it across your website, social media, email and YouTube.

Content can help someone discover your business, understand a product, trust the people behind it or decide to get in touch. A YouTube video might answer a question people keep asking. Your CEO might explain what makes the business different on your website. A customer review might help someone decide to buy, while an ad gives them a reason to take the next step.

That means the starting point isn’t “What should we post this month?” It’s “What does the business need people to know, feel or do?”

Once we understand that, we can choose the right format for the job: an educational video, a product demonstration, an expert interview, a customer story or a short ad. With the right planning, one production can create content for several places, with each piece shaped for how people will use it.

How We Work

We start with the business goal and the questions its customers have.

From there, we define what the content needs to communicate and how it will help people move towards a decision.

Then we plan the ideas, formats and channels together before production begins. That gives the team a clear reason for making each piece and helps the content keep working beyond its first use.

Here’s what that has looked like for different businesses:

Sotheby’s International Realty: Turning a Live Launch into Digital Content

The goal: Support the launch of the Macedon Ranges franchise and create content that could introduce the new office beyond the event itself.

The approach: We planned and captured the launch to produce event reels, an office teaser and a launch video. Every piece followed Sotheby’s International Realty’s strict global brand guidelines while telling the story of the local office.

What it delivered: Digital content that extended the launch beyond the people in the room, with material the office and its agents could continue using afterwards.

Safe Space Legal: Making Expertise Easier to Find

The goal: Help people find clear answers to legal questions online and improve their SEO performance, with very little filming time available from the lawyers.

The approach: We planned the topics with the SEO team, then filmed 14 videos in one day for the website, YouTube and LinkedIn.

What it delivered: A library of useful answers the firm could publish across several channels, rather than a single campaign that ended after launch.

Sunny Moves: Connecting Content Across Channels

The goal: Create content for organic social and paid ads, without planning each channel separately.

The approach: We built the social media strategy and calendar first, then used that plan to guide each shoot. Every production day captured a mix of educational, talking-head, and lifestyle videos.

What it delivered: A plan for making varied content, with a clear use for each video before filming began.

Paddock Blade: Letting the Founder Teach

The goal: Help new customers discover the business, understand its products and build confidence before buying.

The approach: We put the founder’s knowledge at the centre of the content to endorse the product's efficiency. Search content answered questions people were already asking, social content introduced the person behind the business, and paid ads gave interested customers a next step.

What it delivered: A connected way to speak to customers, from their first question through to a purchase decision.

What a Content Strategy Changes

Most businesses already have useful things to say and show. They answer customer questions, explain their products and solve problems every day. A content strategy helps identify which of those conversations matter most, then turns them into material people can find and use when they need it.

That gives content a purpose beyond filling the calendar. It helps the right people understand your business and feel more confident about choosing you.
